£50 fee upon booking Discovery Call
My clientele are likely neurodivergent, and this fee is proactively holding them accountable for scheduling a Session
I understand this is a commitment of resources, but it is also a commitment of time. We suffer from time blindness, and monetary payment is motivating to many.
The £50 fee will be deducted from the client’s first Declutter Session if they choose to continue the process after the Discovery Call. It is purely an incentive to take the next step in booking a Declutter Session (the dopamine is a fickle beast, and no one really wants to lose £50 to a never-made calendar booking).
If the client decides they do not wish to continue after the Discovery Call, the £50 fee will be refunded within 72 hrs.

What should I expect?
I will ask you some general details about yourself, and where you live (to determine if on-site sessions are possible)
You will need to tell me how big the project is, for example, one bedroom and the kitchen.. or the whole house? Measurements are helpful if you have them, but not necessary
It helps to know how many people live in/use the space, and if you have any partners/children/pets to consider (particularly for on-site sessions)
If you have any accessibility needs, please let me know, as your comfort is a priority. Decluttering is both physically and mentally tiring, I want you to be supported throughout the process
